Relationships can be hard, especially when you care about each other but keep having the same arguments without knowing how to move forward.
I especially enjoy working with couples and individuals navigating relationship conflict, communication challenges, and difficulty repairing after hurt or disagreement. My goal is to help you better understand the patterns that keep you stuck and develop healthier ways to communicate, reconnect, and move forward.
I have completed Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and incorporate evidence-based relationship strategies into my work with couples. I also work with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, but we’ll also work toward concrete strategies you can use outside of therapy.
I offer weekend in-person appointments on Saturdays, as well as virtual sessions, making therapy more accessible for individuals and couples whose weekday schedules make it difficult to attend appointments.
