Maybe you wake up some mornings already exhausted by your own thoughts. Maybe you’ve been carrying something. A loss, a diagnosis, a relationship, a version of yourself you don’t recognize anymore, and you’re not sure how to put it down.

I work primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I also spend a lot of time with clients sorting through questions of identity, because figuring out who you are is its own kind of hard work, and it deserves real attention. My background as a recreational therapist shaped how I think about wellness. It’s not a switch that flips on once you’ve “fixed” something. It’s built through small, repeatable actions that fit into your real life.

I draw from a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. I don’t believe my role is to hand you answers. My role is to create the kind of space where your own answers can surface. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to help you trust that. Together, we’ll work to understand where you’ve been, challenge the stories that no longer serve you, and build toward the life you want to be living.

If you’re carrying something heavy and looking for someone to help you make sense of it, I’d be glad to be that person.
