Nicole Lytle, Professional Graduate

Are you struggling with overthinking, stress, anxiety, and other feelings that can be overwhelming? Just want to shut the world out? Do you ever just want to talk about it? Believe me, I get it and my goal is to help you navigate those feelings and emotions. My mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and provide a warm, welcoming, and safe space that allows for growth and healing!

I work with individuals who suffer with anxiety, stress, difficulty expressing emotions & feelings, low self-esteem, and the struggles of everyday life. As a working single parent, I understand the overwhelming obstacles that can interfere with making everyday life choices. I will ensure that “Self-Care” is a priority and together we will set goals to help you become the best version of yourself.

Seeking therapy is empowering, so let the journey begin.
