Are you stuck in your thoughts and feel like you don’t know what steps to take next? At some point we all go through a season of uncertainty. My passion is working with individuals that deal with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, and self-esteem. I work with older teens that struggle with a sense of belongingness and I also work with the LGBTQ+ community in providing a safe space to navigate difficult emotions. Therapy can be the key to finding your confidence and weathering the storms of life.
I genuinely care for all of my clients and I work with you to help you find your answers and peace. I have learned from my experiences with my family the importance of communication, healing, and the power of Counseling. My traits and skills have prepared me for this role as a counselor in which I am determined, enthusiastic, patient, and a problem solver. I am committed to remaining culturally competent and I will go above and above to help you identify your goals and to make sure we are addressing the issues you want to address. I also work with deaf teens and adults.
You are not alone. Allow me to work with you to help you find the answers you are seeking.
Theoretic Approach:
I use a person-centered/eclectic approach to my client’s needs. Using a non-authoritative approach, I believe it is essential to listen and encourage the client in a therapeutic way that helps them on their journey of discovery. Change comes from the client, digging deep and discovering their truth. Together we will affirm and find your truth, stretch your perspective, and inspire you to live your absolute best life.
