Are you dealing with the overwhelming pain of grief after the loss of a loved one, struggling to find a way forward? Are you feeling isolated, like no one truly understands the depth of your sorrow? Do you find yourself battling with sadness, anger, or guilt, unsure of how to cope with these powerful emotions? Are past traumatic experiences or unresolved losses still affecting your daily life, leaving you feeling stuck or unable to move on? Do you feel anxious, depressed, or unable to regain your sense of balance and peace? If you’re looking for support in processing grief, healing from trauma, and finding ways to navigate the emotional challenges of loss, I am here to help. Together, we can explore healthy coping strategies, foster emotional resilience, and work toward finding meaning and healing during this difficult time.

As a counselor with a background as a funeral director, I offer a unique blend of experience in both mental health and grief support. I specialize in helping individuals navigate grief, trauma, and loss, understanding firsthand the profound impact these experiences can have on one’s emotional and mental well-being. Having worked closely with families in the most vulnerable moments of their lives, I’ve gained deep empathy and insight into the complex emotions that accompany loss—whether it’s the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, or any other major life change. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and holistic, focusing on helping you process emotions, find healing, and rebuild your sense of self after loss. I combine therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of the grieving process to support you in coping with pain, finding meaning, and ultimately moving toward peace and emotional resilience. My unique experience as both a counselor and funeral director allows me to create a safe space where you feel truly understood and supported in your healing journey.

I’m not here to simply provide answers but to guide you as you uncover your own wisdom and strength. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with emotional challenges, or simply wanting to improve your mental health, I’m here to walk with you.

Healing is not linear, and sometimes the most profound growth happens when we feel the least certain. Let’s work together to discover your path toward peace, confidence, and fulfillment.
