Life can feel really overwhelming at times, especially when you are carrying things that have not fully been processed or healed. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, feeling stuck, or just knowing something is off but not being able to put it into words. Whatever you are walking through, you do not have to figure it out on your own.
I try to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and real. A place where you do not have to filter yourself or worry about being judged. I believe that being able to talk openly and feel genuinely heard is a big part of what makes therapy helpful, and I do not take that lightly. This is your space, and my role is to walk alongside you in it.
I have experience working with individuals who have survived trauma, and I understand how those experiences can continue to affect day to day life, relationships, and the way you see yourself. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, taking time to understand what you have been through while also focusing on helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.
My approach is collaborative and flexible because I know that everyone’s experience is different. Together, we will figure out what is actually helpful for you and build tools that you can use outside of session, not just talk about things and leave them there. My goal is for you to feel supported, but also more confident in your ability to handle what life brings.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it is okay if you are unsure of where to begin. You can just show up as you are, and we will take it from there.
