Licensed Professional Counselor

Do you feel like you’re constantly showing up for everyone else, but still feel disconnected in your relationships?
Maybe you’re successful on the outside, but behind the scenes, you’re dealing with anxiety, emotional distance, or recurring conflict with your partner or family. You’re not alone, and things can get better.

I work with high-functioning women and couples who are ready to break unhealthy patterns, improve communication, and build deeper, more meaningful connections. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, emotional burnout, or unresolved past experiences, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How do I Help?

I provide a supportive, culturally informed space where clients can be honest, feel understood, and begin making real changes.
My work often focuses on:

  • Strengthening communication and connection in relationships
  • Supporting high-functioning women managing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
  • Addressing patterns rooted in past experiences or trauma
  • Building self-worth, emotional awareness, and healthy boundaries

I have experience working with adolescents and adults, but I am especially passionate about helping women and couples who feel “stuck” create healthier dynamics and more fulfilling relationships.

My Approach

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a compassionate and direct approach to therapy. I believe in helping clients not only process their experiences but also develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.

I am especially committed to supporting African American individuals and families, with an understanding of the cultural, relational, and generational factors that shape our experiences.

My Mission

My goal is to help clients break generational patterns, strengthen relationships, and build emotionally healthy lives. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make lasting change.
