I think we all deserve a safe place to deal with our unresolved issues. The process of selecting and trusting someone to help you address your issues can be intimidating. Self-love involves therapy. Living your best life involves therapy. I have served in the U. S. Marines and Army, so I can say I have seen the best of the best, and the worst of the worst. We heal as a team or die as individuals. I have also had front line engagement experience with the law enforcement communities.

We all need help at some point in life. The traumas of life are real and are never the fault of the victim. If you are tired of keeping secrets of your past, we can work through that together.

I collaborate with older teens, adults, and couples by helping them overcome obstacles and dealing with life’s transitions. There is a stigma in the black community when it comes to getting mental help. I enjoy providing a safe space for black men to be heard and validated.
