📖 Discover Danielle’s book, Beyond the Degree: Navigating Your Career as a Counselor After Graduate School is a valuable resource for new counselors looking to navigate their careers post-graduation.

Have you experienced trauma that still feels unresolved showing up as anxiety, fear, or emotional disconnection in your daily life? It can be incredibly difficult to form meaningful relationships or feel secure when past pain continues to shape your present. These lingering effects may lead to cycles of reactivity, avoidance, and isolation, making it hard to move forward even when you’re ready for change.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space where you can explore those experiences and begin your healing journey. With a certification in trauma-informed therapy, I help clients from all walks of life feel supported, heard, and validated.

My passion for counseling started during my undergraduate years at the University of Houston, where I struggled with uncertainty and overwhelm. That season of growth taught me that there is light at the end of the tunnel—and now I’m here to help you find yours.

My approach is inclusive, empathetic, and centered on helping you reconnect with yourself. When that connection strengthens, it naturally leads to deeper, healthier relationships with others. You're not alone while you navigate this difficult chapter, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

If you (or someone you care about) cannot take on as much as someone else, that does not make you either weak or crazy. You just have to prepare differently and live your life unapologetically for you.
