Unresolved trauma can create significant barriers in relationships, triggering feelings of mistrust, fear, or emotional withdrawal, which makes it challenging to form deep connections with others. These experiences can lead to patterns of reactivity or avoidance, where past pain affects your current interactions, resulting in misunderstandings or a sense of isolation.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space where you can process your experiences and begin to heal. I have a certification in trauma informed therapy which allows me to help clients of multiple backgrounds.

I cultivated this career field during my undergraduate studies at the University of Houston. While in Undergrad I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what the future had in store for me. Being able to navigate school along with other challenges, helped me to see there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and compassionate environment where clients feel truly heard, supported, and validated.

My goal is to help you establish a deeper connection with yourself which will ultimately help you have healthier more meaningful connections with others. You are not alone. While you are navigating this tough time in your life, allow me to help guide you to the peace you’re looking for.
