LPC Associate Book AppointmentI’m passionate about working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I also have a deep understanding of trauma and a genuine heart for supporting parents through the ups and downs of parenting. As a wife and mother to two young adults and a nine-year-old, I’ve personally experienced the struggles that come with balancing family, work, and personal life. Together, we’ll explore solutions that fit your unique needs and help you build the care and support you deserve.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, combining evidence-based practices like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a compassionate, holistic lens. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy expressing myself through calligraphy and painting, and spending quality time with my family. I’m committed to continued learning and staying current with the latest mental health research to better support those I work with.
