Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re working through past trauma, managing day-to-day stress, or navigating relationship or parenting challenges. As a clinical mental health counseling intern and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), I offer a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their experiences, build resilience, and grow with confidence.
I work with adults, teens, and families facing a range of emotional and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship or parenting stress. I also support clients experiencing behavioral challenges such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD).
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma informed. I’ve received specialized training in Motivational Interviewing, Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), and Nurturing Parenting—each of which helps guide my work with clients in building healthier relationships, stronger emotional regulation, and more effective coping strategies. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, supportive, and easy to talk to.
Whether you’re an individual seeking clarity and healing, a parent navigating difficult behaviors, or a family hoping to reconnect, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you in the process.
