“Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.”
–Christopher Germer
As a mental health professional, I am here to navigate the twists and turns of mental health with
you. I specialize in helping individual adults and couples navigate challenges related to anxiety,
depression, stress, grief, and life transitions. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy and person-centered techniques, ensuring each client receives personalized care. I
don’t practice one modality of therapy because I don’t want to limit myself to one way of
approaching problems. I work collaboratively with clients to develop concrete coping strategies
they can use to navigate problems outside of therapy.
Together, we will work on techniques that allow you to address the root causes of your
difficulties; to build meaningful relationships; and to develop self-growth.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, crafting a safe non-judgmental space where you can
be seen, heard, and validated.
Let’s talk and navigate together to achieve your best self through therapy and support. Let’s
make mental health a priority and grow together!
