Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, the effects of trauma, or simply trying to keep up with the demands of work, school, and relationships. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure how to move forward. You want to feel more balanced, more connected to yourself and others, and more in control of your emotional well-being. I understand how challenging it can be to juggle multiple responsibilities while also trying to care for your mental health. Wherever you are on your journey, you deserve a safe space to pause, reflect, and heal.
As a clinical mental health counseling intern, I offer a supportive, culturally sensitive environment where all individuals are welcome. I take a holistic approach to counseling, believing that when one part of our life is out of balance, it affects the whole system, mind, body, and spirit. My own experience of managing work, school, and a major career change has given me insight into the pressures many people face. I’m passionate about helping clients explore their experiences, especially around trauma, and empowering them to take steps toward healing and personal growth. While I am early in my career, I bring compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to support each client’s unique path.
Starting counseling can be a powerful step, and I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to have all the answers, just a willingness to explore and grow. I invite you to reach out so we can begin this journey together. You deserve care, support, and the chance to become a better version of yourself.
