Are you stuck in your thoughts and feel like you don’t know what steps to take next?
At some point, we all go through a season of uncertainty. My passion is working with individuals who deal with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, and self-esteem. I work with older teens who struggle with a sense of belongingness, and I also work with the LGBTQ+ community in providing a safe space to navigate difficult emotions. Therapy can be the key to finding your confidence and weathering the storms of life.
I genuinely care for all of my clients, and I work with you to help you find your answers and peace. I have learned from my experiences with my family the importance of communication, healing, and the power of Counseling. My traits and skills have prepared me for this role as a counselor,in which I am determined, enthusiastic, patient, and a problem solver. I am committed to remaining culturally competent, and I will go above and beyond to help you identify your goals and to make sure we are addressing the issues you want to address. I also work with deaf teens and adults.
You are not alone. Allow me to work with you to help you find the answers you are seeking.
I use a person-centered/eclectic approach to my clients’ needs. Using a non-authoritative approach, I believe it is essential to listen and encourage the client in a therapeutic way that helps them on their journey of discovery. Change comes from the client, digging deep and discovering their truth. Together, we will affirm and find your truth, stretch your perspective, and inspire you to live your best life.
